1. Services

JDJ Entertainment LLC provides DJ entertainment services for weddings, parties, corporate events, and private functions. All services are subject to availability and agreement through a written or digital contract.

2. Bookings and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
• The remaining balance is due by the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Payment methods accepted may include cash, credit/debit card, PayPal, Venmo, or other approved processors.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a partial refund, excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to full or partial charges depending on our discretion.
• We reserve the right to cancel a booking in case of emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will provide a full refund or attempt to secure a suitable replacement DJ.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe and appropriate environment for DJ setup and performance.
• Ensure access to a reliable power source.
• Inform us in advance of any special music requests, schedule changes, or venue rules.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Damages caused by venue equipment, guest behavior, or environmental hazards.
• Delays or failures caused by extreme weather, or third-party interruptions.

You accept responsibility for any damage caused to our equipment due to guest actions or negligence.

6. Music Content

We aim to provide music that suits your preferences. However, we reserve the right to refuse to play content that we deem inappropriate or offensive, especially at family or formal events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (logos, images, mixes, branding) is the property of JDJ Entertainment LLC and may not be used, copied, or distributed without permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be sold or shared outside of what is necessary to fulfill services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
